1.       Open Meeting with Welcome and Roll-call Attendance:

2.       Pledge of Allegiance:  led by Mayor Lanham

 

3.       Adoption of the Agenda:  approve with amendment to add item 6       Executive Session 67-2345 (1) (f)

 

4.       Presentation of Donation to the City for the GF Recreational Trail by       Kent D. Gingrich with J-U-B Engineers, Inc.:  Kent Gingrich       presented $1000 check to Mayor Lanham

 

5.       Presentation and Discussion Concerning Urban Renewal Agency by       Susan E. Buxton and Jill S. Holinka with Moore, Smith, Buxton &       Turcke, Chartered:  presented and answered questions

 

6.       Executive Session 67-2345 (1) (f) to communicate with legal counsel   for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal          options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated    but imminently likely to be litigated.  The mere presence of legal    counsel at an executive session does not satisfy this requirement:    approve to go into E S by JR & DP 3-0     approve to come out of ES        by JR & DP
