Knox II and Pamela S. Knox for $1.00     for an Accessory Rest and Interpretive Area for the Glenns Ferry    Recreational Trail:  direct to file / record warranty deed

 

7.       Update of the GF Recreational Trail Committee and Submit for Approval of Bills / Invoices for GF Recreational Trail by Ralph Jones:                 update provided by R. Jones; approve invoices by JR & BD

9.       Department Updates and Planning Analysis Follow Up and General       Discussion:  proposal by CB for recommendation only – discussion                    of decreases and cuts to the budget

                   

10.     Mayor & City Council Updates & Comments:

          Mayor – add to next meeting the notice to cease and desist; UPRR                     representatives were in town

          B. Dillon – COMPASS meeting in Boise on July 18th; Wes Wootan                       invited to Sage on July 7th; Sage renaming itself to Council of                   Government reflecting service to the entire community

 

11.     City Department Reports:

          A.       Police – Captain Bob Peace:  will let Sheriff know about budget                           issues; Kevin Hensley has resigned

          B.       Library – Lily Hampton:  absent

          C.       Building – Vance Pruett:  absent

          D.       Fire – Chief Bob Janousek:  nothing

          E.       Public Works – Jeff Cook:  nothing

          F.       City Treasurer – Debra Rowan:  budget worksheets ready on                              Monday

          G.      City Clerk – Will Berg:  nothing

                   

12.     Public Comments (please limit comments to 3 minutes – no decision       can be made on these issues):

          Harry Knox – land purchase conditions with deed; notice of cease                      and desist; survey dispute and encroachment; budget needs                    30% decrease

          Alan Crane – animal control like building inspector position; any                          actions of URA

          Donna Bybee – need Sandy for animal control
