9.       Tabled from 4-12-11:  Further Discussion of Possible Formation of       Urban Renewal Agency:  approve to move forward with the first step                 by DP & BD

          Mayor:  KTVB Channel 7 will be here on May 10th to broadcast live;                    e-mail photos of coal chute to Paul Nahas of UPRR; increased                   public records request costing a lot of time; contact Mark                         Mahoney of UPRR sidewalk replacement – Jeff getting bids

          B. Dillon:  Pat Engel of Sage is leaving; new executive director                            Kendra Kenyon would like to meet with us in July

          C. Bryant:  fire hydrants getting primed and painted by volunteer Bob                 Booker

          A.       Police – Captain Bob Peace:  ECBOC approved agreement

          B.       Library – Lily Hampton:  nothing

          C.       Building – Vance Pruett:  nothing

          D.       Fire – Chief Bob Janousek:  working on siren – sound off for                               emergencies

          E.       Public Works – Jeff Cook:  DEQ testing water for iodine levels                           in cities – we are ok; do Water & Sewer Department                                   presentations on June 28th

          F.       City Treasurer – Debra Rowan:  nothing

          G.      City Clerk – Will Berg:  nothing

          Nate Jones – budget process to cut; wants information about old fire                 truck (1947); meeting with Matt Ellsworth from Sen. Risch’s                      office; Sage can do comp plan
